How to make an announcement for absent student?
To make an announcement follow few steps as shown below
1st step: Type a message you want to convey to your students or there parents in announcement box.
2nd step: select one option among all three. (i.e.select learner specifically because we are making announcement for absent learners)
3rd step: select program group(standard or grade)
4th step: select their semester or term
5th step: select division of that program group
6th step: enter name of absent student in learner column and wait for a student name suggestion to select
7th step: select these two option which are send sms & send sms to parents respectively and submit it.
